Another super dandy meal prep idea! The potatoes are boiled in a pot and topped with butter, parsley and lemon juice. The carrots are roasted in the oven and are marinated with curry powder, garlic powder, soy oil, pepper and salt. The cauliflower is roasted in the oven as well and is marinated with soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper. The egg is a plain old simple boiled egg that was cooking for 8 minutes.
