Wild Rice, Broccoli and Sausages

I love prepping with broccoli. It’s a super easy and quick vegetable that tastes delicious even without any seasoning. And that is exactly what happened. I only added the usual pepper and salt. But that it. Actually this whole dish contains basically nothing more than pepper, salt and oil. The rice is cooked in a pot with water and a dash of salt. The broccoli was roasted in the oven with a little oil sprinkled over and some pepper and salt. And the sausages were cut up into thin slices and fried in a frying pan with just oil and pepper. That it. No sauce, no fuss. Lecker smacker!
