Sweet Potato, String Beans and Chicken Breast

My motto is keep it simple and yet delicious.

All I added to my chicken breasts was a little salt and pepper. That’s it. I laid them out on a baking tray and set the timer for 30 minutes. Then I grabbed my sweet potatoes and marinated them in whatever I liked best. My choice was a mixture of Korean chili flakes, pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil. I added them to the baking tray together with the chicken breasts and baked them for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile I fried the string beans in a frying pan and added soy sauce, Korean chili flakes and sesame oil as well. I just love this mixture. And I was done. I was also able to eat this dish cold and without ¬†any sauce since nothing was dry and it was all seasoned well. And the chicken breast made sure that I wasn’t hungry until dinner at 7 pm.
