Simple Pasta Crema

When I am at a loss of what to cook and feel like having pasta I always tend to skip this beauty in my mind. It’s simple, delicious and super quick to make. The only downside is that it is not one of the most healthiest stuff I could think of, but it’s weirdly the unhealthy stuff that just makes you go bonkers, isn’t it? 😉

Let’s go bonkers…

Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients for 2 portions:

  • 300 gr pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 100 gr peas
  • 200 gr ham
  • 100 gr whipping cream
  • 100 gr plain cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 garlic clove pressed
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Cooking pot
  • Frying pan (I prefer a wok)
  • Chopping board
  • Kitchen knife


Precook your pasta in you cooking pot with water and follow the instructions on the packaging. Then prepare the ingredients by chopping up your onions into pea sized pieces. Then cut your ham up into little shreds about 1 cm by 2 cm. Now heat up your oil in your frying pan and add your onions, garlic and ham and stir fry them together for about 2 minutes at a high heat. Then turn down the heat to medium and add your peas, cream cheese, whipping cream and salt and pepper. Let the sauce come to a boil. Then add your pasta. Turn off your stove and just stir your pasta in. Your meal is ready to be served. Lecker smacker!
