Simple Potato Salad

Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients for 2 portions:

  • 400 gr potatoes
  • 2 tsp instant vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 20 gr parsley (and additionally a few leaves to garnish)
  • 6 small radishes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water to boil


  • Cooking pot
  • Small bowl
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Spoon


Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1 cm thick slices and add them to a pot. Add water to the pot until the potatoes are covered. Boil the potatoes for 10 Minutes. Meanwhile grab an extra small bowl for the dressing. For the dressing finely chop the parsley and add it to the bowl together with vinegar, olive oil and instant vegetable broth. Add a dash of salt and pepper to your liking. Stir well with a spoon. Drain the pot of potatoes and add the dressing to the steaming potatoes and stir well. Once stirred, cover directly and set aside to cool. Cut the radishes into thin slices and add them to the potatoes. Sprinkle some parsley leaves over your salad before serving. Lecker Smacker!

P.S.: If you like some extra spices feel free to try out your own delicious concoction and add them to your dressing while mixing the main ingredients into your dressing bowl.
